We deliver all our products Australia-wide within 24 - 48 hours of payment. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours to your nominated address. Courier deliveries are a door-to-door service and will require a signature on receipt. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended unless the customer has requested an “Authority to Leave”. Madii & Dylan are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item as a result of such request. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway and other courier services depending on your location.

CHANGE OF MIND, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide you with an exchange or refund via post if
- You purchased the product in the last 7 days; and
- The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been opened, washed, worn or used.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless it is being returned under a Warranty Claim. The benefits given to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law. For returns on purchases where there is a `Gift with Purchase` all gifts must be returned unopened or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
For hygiene reasons we do not exchange items that have been open or used unless you have a valid claim at law (see below).
We will honor our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange or refund where the item (a) is significantly different from the description; and/ or (b) does not do what we said it would. If there is a minor problem, we may choose to replace the item within a reasonable time. For Warranty Claims, proof of purchase is required and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund or replacement.
